- Active link to your website on our MomsFest page for that location (prior to and for 2 months after the event)
- Logo/Link Button to your Website included in all Wee-cycle Mart/MomsFest e-newsletters to 5K+ Consignors/Shoppers etc. (prior to and for 2 months after the event)

Do you have a business or service that supports Moms? Then you might be a great fit for our MomsFest events!
Vendors MUST staff their table the entire time during MomsFest (Saturday 9am - 3pm) and offer a FREE service, activity or give-away for mom or kids. (Example, we have had a Massage Therapist offering mini-massages for free, A Make-Up Artist offering mini-make overs for free, the Stampin' Up! rep is offering a FREE Make'n Take Project, Travel Agent gave out beach balls, others free food samples etc). Get creative and have fun!
You MAY also staff your booth for no additional charge on Thursday Pre-Sales, Friday and Sunday or you may leave your materials on your table for others to take or do neither. We HIGHLY encourage you to be there as much as possible. Past Vendors success has been definitely linked to the number of hours that they put into the event! Even in the slow hours, there are great prospects to be met!
We ask that each Vendor email our flyer and/or pass out flyers to their customers, friends and family. This is mandatory as we all need to help get the word out! We all benefit from this!

We also have a Media Kit that you can use in your newsletters and emails as well. In exchange for this, each Vendor will receive 10 FREE PASSES to give out to be used on Friday, Saturday or Sunday only.
We allow only one representative per home based business and reserve the right to limit the number of similar vendors per location/event. Wee-cycle Mart reserves the right to return any application submitted if we feel it does not fit the venue we are trying to achieve. If not accepted as a Vendor, we invite you to be a Sponsor (details to the left) and your vendor fees will be refunded. Once accepted, please note vendor fees are non-refundable. We give past vendors first right of refusal before accepting new vendors. Vendors may now choose their spaces on first paid, first choice basis. See application for floor plans.

- Momsfest Punch Card - given out on Saturday to all shoppers, when they visit vendors on list, they get 6%off their consignment purchases. (limited to first 12) $20
SPONSORS/VENDORS: We are limiting the number of same type of businesses and only 1 table per home-based business allowed per location. For example (1 Mary Kay rep, 1 Tastefully Simple rep, etc PER LOCATION) Send in your payment to secure your space! You may sign up for more than 1 location! Spaces filled on 1st paid basis. No verbal commitments accepted so get your paperwork in today!

NEW for FALL/WINTER 2009 Events
We will be handing out 1000 floorplans to shoppers as they enter. We have space for twelve 3.5 x 2 (business cards sized ads). You can use your business card or design an ad or coupon.
Cost is $20 Limited to 12.
